Friend Friday: Facing Down the Trends

1. Do you ever see a fad hit the store and immediately dislike it? 

Remember those shiny leggings?  I blame Miley Cyrus.


2. Has the popularity of a certain piece of clothing or line ever convinced you to try on something (or purchase something) you dislike?

Jeggings.  I have one very inexpensive very conservative pair.  I will never wear them as pants.  Mama's jiggle needs more supportive fabric.

3. Have you ever changed your mind about a trend after seeing it around for a while? 

Uggs, shooties, skinny jeans.... apparently it takes quite a while for any trend to get a foothold with me.


4. Do you feel a certain pressure to have specific items in your closet because “everyone” else does? 

Blogland is full of scarves, cardigans, boots and belts.  


5. Be honest, what do you think of the Missoni line? Did you grab any items? Is it worth the eBay prices?  

Eh, no, and I seriously doubt it.
