Well, y'all said I wasn't - at 35 - too old for patterns on my booty, so I got some more Silver jeans. These ones are long so I can wear heels. I think the pattern is actually kind of pretty!
Parent Teacher Conferences tonight, which means a lot of climbing stairs, so I'm going to change into something I can wear with flats.
I was saving this jeans/jacket combo (both of them are new, as well as the bracelet - all Maurice's) for Date Night, but it looks like that will be a long time coming so screw it, I wore them to work today. The shirt is a hand-me-down. I wore it because of the purple sequins, but looking back I'd choose a different top. I'm also not sure I like the bracelet yet. It's a little annoying when I'm trying to work. I may just give it to my "work wife".
The jacket has a weird little ruffle thing in the back, and the 3/4 sleeves have shirring to keep them that way. I'm actually pretty excited about the possibilities for this jacket - expect to see it a lot in the spring, as it is rather light weight.
In other news, Hubby's spring deployment to three countries just morphed into a fall deployment to one country - BORING!! If we never did anything BUT travel I would be so happy.
Is the jacket actually purple? It totally looks black in the first pictures, but purple in the last one!

Yup, the purple is more of a true color.
