This dress is soooooo old.

One of the benefits of getting to this age is that my stuff lasts longer.  Not because it's particularly high quality, but because I'm not purging as often and my weight is more stable.  This dress is "hella" old.  It's a drape neck and a bias cut, both of which are supposed to be no-no's for shapeless girls with boobs.  I don't care, I like it anyway and I think it looks good.

Even though it's going to be hot today, I grabbed a cardigan from Kmart on my way to work because I'm going to church tonight and it is always cold in there.  So now I have a loose fitting brown cardi -hooray!!  I have ideas for it soon.  But for today it is helping the sandals tie in, since there's actually no dark brown in the dress - more of a taupe.

I have no shoes that go with this that aren't heels, and I am not in the mood for heels today.  So I stole these from Kiddo's closet. 

I also found a taupe sweater, but in a 2X.  I thought I could alter it, but on closer inspection it wouldn't be easily done.  So that's going back to the store later.
